What we do
One team for the inspection, the install and everything after.
If an inspection turns up something that needs correcting, the people who can fix it are already in the building. That is the practical difference between a certified dealer and an inspector with a clipboard.
WETT inspections
The certification your insurer asks for on a wood-burning appliance, carried out by our own certified technicians. Most policies want one on purchase, renewal, or after a change to the system.
Installation
Selection, measurement, code and permit compliance, installation and cleanup. All of it in-house. Nobody gets handed between a salesperson, an installer and a permit office.
Service and maintenance
Annual servicing, parts, glass, gaskets and troubleshooting. We work on units we did not sell, which matters if the company that installed yours is no longer around.
Gas work
Scott is a certified G2 Gas Technician, so gas fitting and servicing stay with the same team that handles the wood side.

We look after units we did not sell.
