Nobody walks in knowing whether they want wood, gas or electric. Our job is to end that question honestly, then stand behind whatever we put in.

We are WETT-certified and factory-trained, and we are the authorized Muskoka dealer for the lines that matter, from Norwegian cast iron to BC-built hot tubs. Selection, measurement, permits, installation and cleanup are all handled by our own team. We sub out nothing.

Jøtul has cast iron in Norway since 1853. HearthStone signs every soapstone stove by hand in Vermont. Pacific Energy builds clean-burn workhorses on Vancouver Island. We carry them all, and we burn them live, so you can stand by the fire before you decide.

A walk through the showroom
Eleven thousand square feet of cottage country, indoors.
Stone caves with live-burning inserts. Vaulted pine ceilings and reclaimed barn-beam mantels. Modern linear gas, soapstone classics, and the full Stûv display. We built the showroom to feel like the room you are trying to build at the lake.

Family-owned since 1978 and among the most thoroughly insulated tubs on the market, which is the part that matters in February. We deliver, install and water-test for the life of the tub, with the full Beachcomber chemical line stocked on the wall.

One team, start to finish
We sub out nothing.
Selection, measurement, code and permit compliance, installation and cleanup are all handled by our own people. Nobody gets passed between a salesperson, an installer and a permit office.
Service continuity
We service what we did not sell.
Plenty of cottages up here were fitted by installers who have since closed. If your original company is gone, you are not stranded. We maintain and service units we had nothing to do with.
Certified expertise
WETT since 1987, and G2 gas on staff.
Andy has been WETT-certified for wood-burning systems since 1987. Scott is a certified G2 Gas Technician. That is two separate credentials covering the two things most likely to go wrong.

Wood Energy Technology Transfer inspections carried out by our own certified technicians. If something needs correcting before your policy renews, we can do that too, because the install team and the inspection team are the same people.

A showroom worth the drive.
Pull off Highway 400 at Oastler Park Drive, plan to stay an hour, and bring a question. The room and the people will do the rest. No appointment needed, though it is worth calling ahead if you want a specific designer’s time.
